HIGALA NETWORK

Andam Higala Inc. is a growing network of advocates through the Higala Network aims to empower and equip young leaders by linking and/or providing leadership training and engagement. 


Higala Network, translated as "Network of Friends," is a volunteer development program associated with Andam Higala. As a vital part of Andam Higala, Higala Network aims to cultivate a supportive community of volunteers committed to empowering women in need through various initiatives and programs.

HIGALAMORPHOSIS

Kadamays are newly accepted members of Andam Higala and are up for learning and taking part of the responsibility.

GTK SERIES

1. GTK myself

2. GTK others

 Amigos are Kadamay/s who have reached out its service to the community by being part of at least 2 activities of Andam Higala. Must serve for at least 30 days of service and are fully oriented with the background of the organization.

Qualification: 

•30 days in the organization

•2 internal engagements


Trainings/Workshops:

GTK SERIES

1. GTK my Leadership

2. GTK my Advocacy

Junior Higalas are amigos or qualified kadamays who are interested to be part of the committees and/or willing to be trained for leadership training and project management.

Qualification: 

•Interview

•Minimum of 1 external engagement and 3 internal engagement


Trainings/Workshops:

1. Leadership Trainings

2. Capability Building Workshop

3. Committee Member of the Chapter

Senior Higala is a higala who is trained and equipped in taking lead for activities and programs of the organization. A senior higala can establish an Andam higala Chapter composed of Kadamays, Amigo, or Junior Higalas from the same geographic location within Misamis Oriental or can be qualified as one of the Board of Directors.
