TalenTrail “My Community, My Career”

is a 2-week career exploration and capacity-development program for 100 Senior High School students residing in rural communities of Cagayan de Oro. The project aims to expand career awareness, develop essential skills, and facilitate practical application through a community project in line with their aspired careers that contribute to economic growth.
